Long Gun

[Note] While I do appreciate the mechanical beauty of certain firearms, I do not condone in any way their use as a killing tool, if I had my way guns would only ever be used for target shooting.

This piece was inspired by some sword images I came across by accident, particularly ornate weapons like rapiers. I've always had a soft spot for western-looking swords, IMO the Japanese equivalents have become a cliché.

The concept behind this design was a long range weapon to be worn sword-like on the belt, and when needed to be used the 'bar' on the handle swings round to be used as a counterweight for the long barrel. Obviously you'd still need arms like the Incredible Hulk to fire one handed, but it'd look pretty cool IMO. As for bullets, it would probably only fit 3 or 4 bullets.
